OmniZee always takes care in servicing all goods, however OmniZee has no liability whatsoever for any form of damage or loss of goods. We cannot provide the refund if you have changed your mind about particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under consumer guarantees act to provide a remedy. Return Goods found to be faulty due to physical or liquid damage will not be replaced/ and will incur $49 processing fee. The warranty will be applied on manufacturer defects only and not for user’s misuse. All relevant paperwork will need to be shown when returning goods for repair or replacement. $59 admin fee will apply on cancellation of any lay-by.
